As part of the 4th International Conference of Scuola Democratica – Learning for Democracy / Democracy for Learning, Be for Education Foundation is promoting the symposium “Confused and happy: Italian teachers between change, crisis, and job satisfaction”, which will take place on 2 September 2026 at 4:15 p.m. at Sapienza University of Rome.

The symposium will provide an opportunity to present and discuss the findings of the Fourth Survey of Italian Teachers, placing them in dialogue with other major international studies focused on schools and the teaching profession.
