On June 22, a Study Day will be held at the University of Milano‑Bicocca to present the results of the Fourth Survey on Italian teachers, promoted by the Be for Education Foundation in collaboration with the University of Milano‑Bicocca and the IARD Institute.

The initiative offers an opportunity for dialogue among scholars and researchers on the transformations of the teaching profession and the challenges currently facing the school system.
During the morning, the results of the survey will be presented, with a focus on several key dimensions: the composition of the teaching profession, the relationship between teachers and students, and the everyday dynamics that shape life in classrooms.
The work will continue in the afternoon with sessions dedicated to the heterogeneity of the student body, the evolving identity and professional practices of teachers, and the role of education policies.
The day will conclude with a discussion on the future developments of the research.
